We’re currently seeking Customer Service & Administrative Assistants to support a busy Plan Management company in Melbourne’s CBD.
- 4-5 month temporary contract
- Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
- $35.50 per hour + super (paid weekly)
- Based in Melbourne CBD with potential for hybrid working
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to email enquiries
- Inbound/outbound phone calls
- Data entry and CRM management
- Document handling and electronic filing
- Claims processing
- A valid NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer service and administrative position is highly desirable
