As a Customer Relationship Consultant in the Canberra Contact Centre, you’ll proactively assist customers in identifying their banking needs and deliver tailored personal banking solutions. You will handle inquiries about internet banking, credit cards, and transaction accounts while establishing long-lasting customer relationships built on trust and empathy. Collaborating with specialists in business banking, community development, and more, you’ll provide comprehensive solutions for the banks' customers.
About You:
- You bring a positive attitude with a focus on excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy with confidence using multiple computer systems
- Previous experience in a customer service role in Contact Centre, retail, hospitality.
- Excellent communicator, listener, and problem solver
- Comfortable working in a busy environment
- Resilient and loves challenges, seeking a positive team environment
- Available to start in March 2026.
