SMAART Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Care Representative to join the inbound enquiries team of one of South Australia's leading healthcare providers. This is a full-time, permanent position focused on delivering exceptional service and support to patients over the phone and via email.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and respond to emails from patients regarding appointments, services, and general enquiries.
- Manage and schedule patient bookings accurately and efficiently
- Update and maintain patient information in the electronic medical records system.
- Collaborate with medical professionals and other healthcare staff to ensure seamless service delivery and positive patient experiences.
- Previous experience in a medical reception or call centre role (ideally within healthcare).
- Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of enquiries with attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Office; experience with HealthTrack is a bonus.
- A patient-focused approach with a commitment to excellent customer service.
