The Opportunity:
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll lead a team of 8–13 consultants within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. As part of a broader leadership group, you’ll be responsible for driving team performance, enhancing customer experiences, and leading through ongoing change and transformation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing contact centre team
- Driving performance against KPIs and service delivery targets
- Using data and insights to identify trends and implement improvements
- Supporting your team through change, including evolving technology and processes
- Creating a positive, engaging, and collaborative team culture
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver on strategic objectives

You are a confident and adaptable leader who thrives in dynamic environments and brings a strong background in contact centre operations.
- Proven leadership experience within a contact centre ( essential)
- Strong coaching and people development capability
- Ability to analyse performance data and drive continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience leading teams through change in fast-paced environments
