Job description

We are seeking an experienced Contact Centre Service Leader to join their National Contact Centre on a 9-month fixed-term contract, with strong potential for extension or permanency.

The Opportunity:
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll lead a team of 8–13 consultants within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. As part of a broader leadership group, you’ll be responsible for driving team performance, enhancing customer experiences, and leading through ongoing change and transformation.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing contact centre team
  • Driving performance against KPIs and service delivery targets
  • Using data and insights to identify trends and implement improvements
  • Supporting your team through change, including evolving technology and processes
  • Creating a positive, engaging, and collaborative team culture
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver on strategic objectives

About You:
You are a confident and adaptable leader who thrives in dynamic environments and brings a strong background in contact centre operations.
  • Proven leadership experience within a contact centre ( essential)
  • Strong coaching and people development capability
  • Ability to analyse performance data and drive continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience leading teams through change in fast-paced environments
