About the role
Due to internal promotions, business growth and increased customer demand, an exciting opportunity has arisen for Collections Officers to join the team.
In this role, you will:
- Handle a combination of inbound and outbound calls, averaging around 20 minutes per call
- Investigate and resolve complex credit and account issues
- Work closely with customers to collect outstanding payments in a fair and empathetic way
- Deliver exceptional customer service while balancing commercial outcomes
- Use multiple systems and screens to assess and resolve customer queries
About you
We are looking for someone who is resilient, curious and genuinely customer-focused, with the ability to navigate complex conversations confidently.
You will bring:
- Previous experience in a collections-based role (essential)
- Strong customer service skills with a calm, empathetic approach
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Confidence using multiple systems and screens
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A positive, resilient attitude and willingness to learn
