This is a part-time consultative sales role ( 62 hours per fortnight, Tuesday–Friday), offering the opportunity to work autonomously while playing a key role in guiding patients through their treatment journey.
This position is a combination of customer service, account management and consultative sales. You’ll take ownership of your patients, supporting them across their treatment journey while driving retention, re-enrolment and overall clinic growth.
About the role & responsibilities:
- Managing and nurturing existing patients throughout their treatment journey
- Conducting progress reviews and guiding next steps
- Driving re-enrolments and ongoing engagement
- Owning follow-ups, conversions, and outcomes
- Supporting day-to-day clinic operations (CRM, payments, scheduling)
- Permanent part-time position offering work-life balance with a consistent Tuesday–Friday schedule
- $65k–$75k FTE + super (pro-rated to $53-$61k + super for 62 hours a fortnight)
- 1% commission on clinic sales
