In this role, you will be working with a car insurer as part of their Claims team.
This position is a mix of administrative and phone-based work, where you will manage your own portfolio of claims. The role is fast-paced and requires a high level of attention to detail, strong technical capability, and the ability to adapt to regular process changes.
Role Details
Start Date: 11th February
Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5pm
Office Location: St Kilda Road, Melbourne
Hybrid: 2 days in the office, 3 days working from home
Training: 5 weeks fully office based training
Salary: $66-67k + super
Contract Length: 6 months fixed term contract - sick leave and annual leave accrued, paid public holidays
About You
- Previous experience in customer service and administration
- Experience insurance is highly desirable
- Tech-savvy with strong attention to detail
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Available for a minimum of 6 months
