We’re partnering with a modern, people-first Underwriting Agency based in Manly and the Sydney CBD. They’re growing steadily and are looking for a Claims Assessor who is confident, thoughtful in their approach, and ready to step into a role with real ownership.

What you’ll be doing
- Managing claims end to end with care, clarity, and sound judgement
- Building genuine relationships with clients, brokers, and insurers
- Interpreting policy terms and making fair, well-reasoned decisions
- Contributing to a close-knit team that shares knowledge and supports each other
- $85K to $110K + super, depending on experience
- Hybrid working model, split between Manly, Sydney CBD, and home after training
- A grounded, social team that enjoys working together without the corporate edge
- Clear development pathways in a growing, people-led business
- A role where your input is valued and your work has visible impact
- 1 to 4 years’ experience in claims or case management
- Strong attention to detail with a practical, solutions-focused mindset
- Someone who communicates well and handles situations with empathy
- A genuine interest in building a long-term career in insurance
