We’re partnering with a modern, people-first Underwriting Agency in Manly/and the CBD, and they’re looking for a Claims Assessor who’s confident, switched-on, and keen to make a real impact.
If you’ve got 1–4 years’ experience in claims or case management and you’re looking for a role where you can learn, grow, and feel supported, this could be your perfect next move.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing claims end-to-end with care and confidence
- Building real relationships with clients, brokers, and insurers
- Making clear, fair decisions aligned with policy terms
- Being part of a close, supportive team that celebrates wins and actually enjoys working together
- $85K–$110K + super (depending on experience)
- Hybrid working — Manly and Sydney CBD HQ with work from home (WFH) a few days a week - post training.
