- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Troubleshooting basic IT issues and supporting end users
- Previous experience in a similar role (government experience highly regarded)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant systems
- A proactive and professional approach to work
