We are now looking to find someone proactive, grounded and highly organised to join their purpose-driven team in Mascot as a Business Operations Assistant .
This is a true all-rounder role; part Office Coordinator, part Operations support, you'll be the “glue of the business”. You’ll keep things running smoothly day to day, support the leadership team, and help create a well-organised, positive and connected workplace.
What you’ll be doing
- Keeping the office running day-to-day
- Supporting the Leadership Team with diaries, travel and clients
- Acting as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting logistics, scheduling, and follow-up
- Assisting with onboarding and ensuring a great team experience
- Maintaining systems, documentation and business assets
- Supporting general admin, expenses and operational tasks
- $70,000 – $80,000 + super (depending on experience)
- Full-time permanent role (open to 3–4 days/week for the right person)

- Experience in Office Coordination or Office Management, Operations, Team Assistant or similar all-rounder roles
- Strong organisation skills and high attention to detail
- Comfortable supporting senior leaders and managing office operations
- Proactive, calm and solutions-focused approach
- Confident communicator with a warm, professional style
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, confident juggling priorities
- Adept with Microsoft Office and CRMs like HubSpot.
- Open to learning and working within a First Nations cultural framework
