Our client is a  leader  in the  Facilities Services Industry, specialising in professional cleaning for commercial properties and other large sites across  Australia  and  New Zealand. With a deep commitment to customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships, they have established a trusted and respected reputation in the industry. They’re looking for a motivated  Business Development Manager  to join their team and drive  new business growth.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, this is a great opportunity to work within an  established team  to develop your career in a supportive, fun and customer focused environment.

The Role & Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively seek and identify new business opportunities and make approaches.
  • Manage and grow a pipeline of potential leads and sales prospects.
  • Build and foster strong relationships with potential clients through networking and outreach efforts.
  • Develop and present persuasive proposals and presentations to secure new business.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to design and execute effective strategies for growth.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance, tracking key metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
Full training and ongoing support will be provided to ensure you succeed in the role.
