This is a great opportunity for someone with outbound calling experience, who enjoys speaking with people and thrives in a target driven environment.
You'll be supported by a senior BDM to generate opportunities and set appointments with prospects. You will also get to attend some of the meetings you set up, to grow your BD career and develop your skillset.
What you'll be doing:
- Outbound calling and cold outreach to warm and new leads
- Booking qualified appointments for the senior BDMs
- Supporting lead generation and pipeline growth
- Attending client meetings alongside the BDM (when required)
- Accurately capture and manage data in the company CRM
- Fulltime permanent position (part-time considered for the right candidate)
- $70,000-80,000 + super + commissions
- Clear pathway for growth within the business development team
- Hands-on training and mentorship
- Strong pipeline of leads to get you started quickly, along with training in lead generation strategies
- Supportive, down-to-earth team environment
- Previous experience in outbound cold calling, phone sales, lead generation, appointment setting or related business development roles
- Confident communicator who enjoys picking up the phone
- Resilient, proactive, and motivated to achieve targets
- A genuine interest in building a long-term career in sales
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong organisation skills and attention to detail
