We’re currently seeking Admin and Data Entry Assistants to support a busy Plan Management company in Melbourne’s CBD.
- Temporary contract until the end of June 2026
- Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
- $35.50 per hour + super (paid weekly)
- Based in Melbourne CBD with potential for hybrid working
- Starting date - ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoice processing
- Reviewing processing
- Data entry and CRM management
- Document handling and electronic filing
- Claims processing
- A valid NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent attention to detail
- Previous experience in an administrative position is highly desirable
