What’s on Offer
- Salary of $75,000 – $80,000 + super (based on experience)
- Full-time hours, Monday – Friday

In this position, you’ll support the day-to-day financial operations of the business while assisting with general back-office administration. You’ll work closely with the Accounts/Administration Manager and collaborate across different areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing and reconciling invoices in a timely manner
- Supporting Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
- Preparing and uploading bank payments and reconciling transactions
- Assisting with end-of-month and end-of-financial-period processes
- General bookkeeping and data entry
- Providing administrative support including filing, correspondence, and scheduling
- Liaising with internal teams on accounts and financial matters
We are ideally seeking someone with previous accounts experience, or a strong administrative background with exposure to financial processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working in a small, collaborative team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience using accounting software such as Xero(highly regarded)
