Key Account Manager Role

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our most valuable clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving business growth.


Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients

Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts

Create and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services

Resolve client issues promptly and effectively

Conduct regular account reviews and provide performance reports to management

Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management or sales

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to travel as needed
