JUNIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER ROLE

 

This entry-level position is ideal for individuals eager to develop their careers in sales and account management. The successful candidate will assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships, addressing customer needs, and ensuring overall satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Gather information on assigned clients, including company size, needs, and pricing plans.

Communication: Contact clients to understand their requirements and collaborate on tailored sales plans.

After-Sales Support: Provide ongoing support to retain customers and enhance satisfaction.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication.

Reporting: Monitor and report on the status of accounts, providing updates to senior management.

Product Promotion: Suggest company products/services that align with client needs and promote new offerings.

Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives and senior managers to create customized solutions for key clients.


Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred but not required.

Skills:Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
