As the Spare Parts Manager, you will plan, lead, organise, coordinate and inspire the Spare Parts Team to provide a positive experience for each and every customer they liaise with both internal and externally.
Some of your responsibilities will include; develop and implement policies and procedures, ensure daily work functions comply with OH&S legislation, produce reports and consolidate when required, budgeting, inventory management, forecasting alongside ensuring the spare parts website and master data is updated and accurate.
If successful, you will be working for a 40-year-old, family-owned Australian business out of their South Melbourne office where the culture is friendly and relaxed and the dress code is neat casual.
This is a full-time permanent position (37.5 hour week) and in return for your hard work, you will be rewarded with an attractive salary of $90-$95k + super alongside onsite parking, FREE COFFEE and other company benefits.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the importance of first impressions. You will pride yourself on your self-organisation and ability to multi-task even in high-pressure situations.
