About the Role

Are you a customer service professional, eager to take the next step towards Key Account Management?

This exciting new position working as a Sales Support Administrator will see you supporting a team of Key Account Managers for a major national transport company.

With a direct reporting line to the Accounts Team Leader, you will work very closely as part of a small team of administrators supporting the Key Account Management function ensuring all SLA’s are delivered and ultimate customer satisfaction is achieved.

Key deliverables for this position
  • Ensure effective, open and professional communication between the customer, Key Account Managers, Business Operations and support departments
  • Monitor and drive service levels to ensure acceptable Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) are met
  • Manage reporting and communications process for your portfolio of customers
  • Ensure all compliance is maintained for your customer portfolio
  • Attend weekly, monthly and quarterly business review meetings as required
  • Manage all processes for your nominated customer to meet contractual KPI’s proactively
  • Actively manage all administrative tasks related to your Key Account portfolio

To Be Considered for This Role
  • Exceptional relationship skills with the ability to converse with a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience delivering outstanding customer service in a previous position
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Advanced PC skills with high levels of data entry speed and accuracy
  • High attention to detail, organised and an advanced aptitude for admin
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think quick on your feet
  • Good negotiation and conflict resolution skills
