  • Rotating roster  between the hours of 7:30am - 7:30pm Monday to Friday, and occasional Saturday between 9:00am - 4:30pm

Currently, they are in the midst of rapid expansion which means we are looking for multiple Resolution Consultants to start on the 25th of October. 

Please note - This is predominantly a customer service role with a 10% aspect of upselling/bill collections to existing customers. 

  
The Opportunity:

Resolutions Consultants are responsible for ensuring exceptional customer to existing clientele. Your day will be varied! You will deal with complex customer service calls that can vary in length, resolving issues such as financial hardships, debt & much more!

About you: 
  • Previous Customer Service Experience (Call centre, retail & hospitality)
  • 2 years experience in a customer service role minimum
  • Experience working towards KPIs with the ability to upsell & collect as needed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Motivation & experience working in a fast pace environment
  • Resilient and pick up systems & processes quickly
