The role and company

Working in a city fringe Occuaptional Therapy practice and as part of a larger admin team you will be the face of the business; the first friendly face clients will see when they walk through the door and the voice over the phones. This is a pure reception role but also has a significant admin component so high attention to detail and organisation will be imperative to your success in the position.

You will have a client-focused approach where children, adolescents, young adults and their families/carers feel validated in their concerns and supported in difficult times.

This role is Full time working 8:30am-5:00pm Monday - Friday and there may be a requirement to work some additional hours

What do we need from you?

  • To be successful you will have proven reception and administration experience and be a fun and warm person who loves to connect with others.
  • Eftpos, HICAPS, NDIS, Medicare care plan claims/processes experience is highly desirable
  • You stay calm under pressure and thrive in working in loud and fast-paced environments
  • You will have exceptional communication skills with both adults and children, and be organised and efficient with the ability to multi-task.
  • You can work autonomously whilst also supporting and working alongside the larger administration team. 
  • Adaptability is critical – Must be able to adjust to changing work requirements and also flexible to work at additional locations if required.
  • You will have fast and accurate data entry skills, high computer literacy as well as strong attention to detail. 
  • Experience with "Nookal" software is highly desirable but not essential
