Our client offers a range of serviced offices to businesses across 3 locations and are now looking for an experienced receptionist to join their team to provide exceptional customer service and business support to clients within their Melbourne CBD office.

This fast-paced role will have you servicing over 100 clients so the ability to multi-task and work under pressure is essential to this role. Being the face of many diverse clients, you will be professionally presented, well-spoken and have a warm and bubbly nature.  Previous experience in a similar fast paced role will be well regarded however not essential as training will be provided for the right candidate.
What’s in it for you:
  • Great Office Hours, full time Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm

As the Receptionist you will be tasked with:
  • Meet and greet all clients and customers, ensuring they are provided with exceptional customer service
  • Managing a busy switchboard and handling both incoming and outgoing calls and emails promptly and efficiently
  • Administrative and clerical supports to a range of tenants including typing, catering and event planning, managing bookings for boardroom and meeting rooms
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries
  • Ensure common areas and kitchens are always kept clean and tidy
