An exciting opportunity has come up for an experienced Office Manager to join a private family office and investment group in their refurbished, beautiful Armadale office.

On top of having a stylish, modern office to work in and manage, you will also be rewarded with a $70-$75k + super package, onsite parking and flexible working arrangements. If successful, you will be working in a small, close-knit team and an environment where you will feel like you're family. 

As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day runnings of the office. Some of your responsibilities will include, event coordination, coordinating and maintaining the diaries, general filing, providing assistance with the preparation of materials for all key stakeholders and project management. 

The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing a busy office and juggling multiple duties at any given time. We are looking for a candidate who has the ability to think outside the box for process improvements and can balance the need to be both efficient and effective. With tight deadlines, you will be someone who is deadline focused and can manage change effectively. 

As a leader, you will be able to engage and inspire a range of people at various levels both inside and outside the organisation. 
Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and Outlook is a huge bonus. 
** Previous experience working within a family office or as a group assistant at an accounting firm is highly regarded **
