Your knowledge of recruitment and training implementations will assist you to be a trusted advisor and be proactive at solving concerns or complexities. The key focus of this role is to educate clients on our products by tailoring their needs and promoting our resources via captivating communications both in person and online.

Here you will be dedicated and search through data to find room for improvement or to tackle complaints before they arise, you will examine and identify further product adaption to reduce retention risk.

  

Key Requirements:
  
  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment or in a training and implementation space, where you have orchestrated group or one on one sessions to achieve goals
  • Experience of building relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical skills matched with the capability to resolve problems
  • Strong communication skills, enthusiastic, open-minded and team oriented.
  • Ability to train people and engage online or through webinars and digital conferencing tools
  • Proven track record of managing senior stakeholder expectations and providing tailored outcomes
  • Must have the drive and want to be successful whilst proactively implementing improvements
  • Able to work both autonomously and as a team player
  • Right to work in Australia is essential
