The Opportunity
We are on the hunt for multiple Customer Service professionals to start in an inbound contact centre customer service position, joining an organisation that protects South Australian businesses and their workers from costs relating to work injuries.    
You will be joining a team responsible for answering queries via phone or email as well as registering and collecting payment from SA employers for work injury premiums. 

Located in the CBD you will be in a state-of-the-art contact centre, close to public transport with a fantastic hourly rate and the opportunity for the positions to become permanent
Training is provided enabling further career development, these roles are Monday to Friday within the hours of 9:00am-5:30pm so there are no late nights or weekend work.

The role
You will join a small team of highly skilled engagement specialists, growing your skillset and advancing your career providing superior end to end customer service. Your day will consist of taking inbound phone calls, emails and chats from businesses and employees assisting with their enquiries pertaining to work injury.
You will be required to display empathy and have advanced listening and problem-solving skills as well as an ability to think on your feet and make quick decisions. A high level of customer and stakeholder engagement skills including conflict resolution will also be imperative to your success in this position.

What do we need?
To be a SUCCESSFUL candidate, you will demonstrate the attributes outlined as below:
  • Outstanding Customer Service skills including the ability to relate to a diverse range of people
  • The ability to listen, ask questions and problem-solve with a focus on finding solutions
  • You're a critical thinker and able to look outside the square to find the answers that aren't always obvious
  • 2 years of proven experience working in a Contact Centre or Customer Service environment is essential
  • Professional communication and interpersonal capabilities (written and verbal)
  • High-level attention to detail and phone mannerisms
  • Reliable work ethic and aptitude in learning new knowledge including the use of multiple systems

When do you start?

This role is due to start Monday 21st June in a temporary capacity with the opportunity to go permanent in the following months.
