The role
Your new role will see you handle inbound phone and email enquiries across a range of merchandise and loyalty programs, with a huge focus on all things sales promotions. You will also manage customer service enquiry inboxes on behalf of some of Australia's leading brands!
Key requirements
You are a customer service superstar with a range of different experiences under your belt
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and a focus on providing tailored solutions for customers
A strong sense of initiative, problem solving skills and ability to work autonomously
