The role and company

This role will see you undertake a variety of customer-centric but also HR admin and sales tasks. Mix up your day with inbound phone calls and non-phone related tasks and responsibilities.
Working within a small team you will be responsible for answering inbound phone calls with customer queries, Scheduling orders/deliveries and Liaising with tradespeople to coordinate services. This role also has the scope to learn other parts of the business including HR admin, sales and account management so such a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn it all and grow!
Reporting to your team leader, you will possess exemplary organisational skills, display high attention to detail, have a customer-first focus and present excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.

What do we need from you?
  • To be successful you will have proven Customer Service skills and are driven by putting the customer first and upholding a service promise.
  • Strong leadership capability and desire is a must

  • You have lots of ambition to grow and stretch yourself to build your career and don't just want to sit still
  • You will have exceptional communication skills with both written and verbal and can display a proven ability to multitask.

This is a city fringe-based role working 8:00am to 5:00pm and ideally suited to an experienced Customer Service professional ready to take the next step toward a leadership position or learn new skills in a business with lots of variety.
