Who will you be working with – This Ireland based company is a leader in e-learning, development & training from SME's to large corporates. 17 years strong, past clients have included the likes of Google, Amazon, BUPA, KPMG & more!

Due to exceptional growth in the APAC region, they are looking for a Sales Manager to come on board & drive business in Australia & New Zealand.

The purpose of this position – As a Sales Manager, you will be following up with leads across Australia & New Zealand.   You will build key client relationships and exceed aggressive monthly sales targets to deliver high-value contracts and exceptional learning solutions and services. 
  • Drive and close sales to meet aggressive monthly sales targets.
  • Experience in e-learning, education or training sectors 
  • Establish an ongoing pipeline of new sales opportunities.
  • Lead the sales process from initial client contact through transition contract signing, project execution and contract renewal
This position has become available specifically due to huge growth across APAC in light of the pandemic. 
  
Our ideal candidate – You have proven sales experience, ideally between 3-5 years selling B2B. Ideally, you have experience selling e-learning solutions or education/training products.
  • Demonstrated sales record of in excess of AUS $1 million a year
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent application of sales principles, styles and techniques
  • Ability to quickly generate a high-quality pipeline
