Job description

We are pleased to be working again with one of our favourite clients on the Mornington Peninsula. They are a market leader selling safety equipment, PPE, and packing supplies to various clients within the blue-collar industry. They have been around for over 25 years and are continuously growing their presence in the market and they are well known for maintaining strong relationships with each client along with maintaining a fantastic workplace culture. 

We are searching for their next ambitious and motivated Sales Representative. This is an opportunity not to be missed for someone who is keen to take that next step in their career. This role is between road & office and will be servicing an already established territory while also identifying new business. 

Business hours are 8:30am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday (Earlier finish on a Friday)

As a Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining existing and building new relationships
  • Managing and achieving sales budgets and targets
  • Identifying new business and assisting with leads
  • Arranging quotes, providing samples and giveaways to clients
  • Proactively assisting in generating leads for new business
To be successful:
  • Sales experience is a must
  • Previous work experience within the blue-collar market is advantageous, but not essential.
  • Outbound warm/cold B2B sales experience would be ideal
  • A drive to grow career within the business, someone who wants to be with this organisation for the long haul
  • High attention to detail
  • Great communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Fun and outgoing personality!
  • AUSTRALIAN CITIZENS or PERMANENT RESIDENTS ONLY as these are full time permanent positions
  • Access to a car as there is no public transport
