In this role, you will:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, workplaces, and key stakeholders.
- Organise and lead campaigns to improve working conditions and negotiate enterprise agreements.
- Represent members in discussions, meetings, and negotiations with employers.
- Identify opportunities to grow membership and support the union’s objectives.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to drive initiatives and achieve strategic goals.
- Full-time, permanent position with $75,000+ super.
- Flexible working hours supporting a healthy work-life balance.
- Overtime required, paid at penalty rates.
