We’re currently seeking experienced Customer Service Consultants to support a busy NDIS Plan Management company in Melbourne’s CBD.
- 3 month temporary contract
- Fully office-based | Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
- $35.50 per hour + super (paid weekly)
- Based in Melbourne CBD
- Starting WB 30th June
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound calls and emails from participants and providers
- Simplify the NDIS by providing tools, services and education
- Maintain and update records after ever interaction
- A valid NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Strong verbal communication
- Excellent attention to detail
- Previous experience in phone based customer service role
