Temporary Customer Service Consultant – Melbourne CBD | $35.50ph + Super

We’re currently seeking experienced  Customer Service Consultants  to support a busy NDIS Plan Management  company in Melbourne’s CBD.

  • 3 month temporary contract
  • Fully office-based  | Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
  • $35.50 per hour + super  (paid weekly)
  • Based in Melbourne CBD 
  • Starting WB 30th June

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling inbound calls and emails from participants and providers 
  • Simplify the NDIS by providing tools, services and education 
  • Maintain and update records after ever interaction
To be consider you must have:
  • A valid  NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • Strong verbal communication
  • Excellent  attention to detail
  • Previous experience in phone based customer service role
