About the role:

As  Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for the frontline management, coaching, and performance of a team of Key Account Consultants, supporting high-value trade and business clients. The role blends team supervision with active involvement in daily workflows and process improvement:
  • Leading by example—provide staff with coaching, guidance, and support
  • Oversee daily operations: performance monitoring, quality checks, real-time troubleshooting
  • Inspire your team to build lasting client partnerships and meet KPIs
  • Champion a collaborative, safety-focused, and high-performing culture
  • Handle escalated customer queries and find solutions quickly
  • Work hands-on with reporting, workflow optimisation, and staff training
  • Liaise with management to deliver feedback and drive process improvements
About you:

Bring your leadership, energy, and dedication. To succeed, you’ll offer:
  • Recent Team Leader or Supervisor experience in a call centre
  • Demonstrated capacity to coach, motivate, and uplift team performance
  • Hands-on problem-solving and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong communication skills and a proven track record of client relationship management
  • A proactive approach, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Advantageous: experience leading teams involved with high-value B2B products or complex solutions 
  • Own reliable transport—public transport is limited in Tullamarine
You must have full Australian work rights. Student and working holiday visas cannot be considered.
