About the Role:
As a Contact Centre Team Leader, you’ll lead a dedicated group of consultants focused on delivering exceptional service and support. You’ll be responsible for guiding your team day-to-day, setting expectations, providing coaching, and helping them achieve their goals.
You’ll manage performance, support escalations, and ensure each customer interaction is handled with professionalism and care. Collaboration is key, you’ll work closely with peers and leaders to identify process improvements, drive efficiency, and maintain a positive team culture.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance people, process, and performance. You’ll play an important part in shaping the team’s direction and contributing to the wider success of the contact centre.
- Must be available to work a rotating roster of Monday to Friday 7am - 6pm with an occassional Saturday shift.
- Hybrid Role: 1 day WFH with a 2nd WFH day negotiable once established in the role.
You’re an experienced contact centre leader who thrives in fast-paced environments. You know how to motivate a team, manage through change, and create a space where people want to do their best work.
- Previous experience leading teams within a contact centre.
- Insurance experience highly regarded.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire performance as well as confidence in managing daily operations, performance metrics, and customer outcomes.
- Experience leading a sales team, or have a sales background again - highly regarded.
- Salary of up to $100,000 + Super + up to 12% Annual Bonus.
