About the Role
Your primary focus will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, from first consultation through to final fitting. You will:
- Assist walk-in customers and manage pre-booked appointments.
- Provide style guidance tailored to each client’s budget, preferences, and needs.
- Conduct fittings and measurements with precision.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships by proactively reaching out to existing and past clients on a very warm level to encourage repeat business.
- Maintain and grow your own client base with a focus on building business.
- This position would be working across Tuesday-Saturday.
Salary & Benefits
- Full-time permanent role: $70,000 – $80,000 + Super(depending on experience)

- Experience in high-end or luxury retail highly regarded.

- Comfortable learning and using CRM software to manage client communications and track sales opportunities.
