They are now seeking a Showroom & Retail Sales Consultant to join their friendly Mornington team. This role is ideal for someone who loves working in a showroom environment, enjoys engaging with customers, and has a keen eye for interior style and design.

- $65,000 – $70,000 + Super + Commissions
- Full-time, permanent role with an ASAP start
- Mornington location
- Store hours: Mon–Fri 9am–5pm, Sat 9am–4pm (Saturday shifts required)
- Company car available for site inspections

- Welcome customers into the showroom and guide them through product options
- Provide high-quality customer service in-store, over the phone, and via email
- Take bookings for in-home consultations
- Conduct on-site measurements and prepare accurate quotes
- Convert enquiries into sales through strong product knowledge and follow-up
- Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting showroom environment
- Support general store operations as needed
- Experience in floor coverings, blinds, tiles, or a similar retail/showroom industry is highly desirable
- Strong sales background with a passion for customer service
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Positive, proactive and confident engaging with customers
- Current driver’s licence (required for site visits)
