Based in Ashgrove (with on-site parking), you'll be the warm, welcoming face of a clinic helping clients face something deeply personal – hearing loss. It’s not always easy for them, so empathy and care are key.
Your days will be full and rewarding – from engaging with clients in the waiting room, setting appointments, checking eligibility for government-funded services, to supporting the clinician behind the scenes. You’ll even be part of event coordination, from educational seminars to client engagement evenings (with a little flex for the occasional after-hours event).
This is a busy, dynamic role where your energy, organisation, and emotional intelligence will shine. A day would involve:
- Light sales support as part of a wider clinic journey
- Assisting with event planning and education sessions
- Engaging clients in the waiting room – make them a coffee, have a chat!
- Using Microsoft Office and clinic systems (training provided)
- Staying adaptable – no two days will be the same!
You’re bright, bubbly, and unflappable – the kind of person people naturally enjoy being around. You bring a warm, empathetic approach, especially when supporting those who may feel uneasy or vulnerable. Behind the scenes, you thrive on admin tasks and keeping things running smoothly, with confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems. You're comfortable talking about products and may have some sales experience or a natural flair for it. You enjoy a challenge, aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves, and bring previous experience from allied health, audiology, optical (like OPSM), physio, or similar environments.
What’s in it for you:
- $75K + Super + Performance Bonus
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm
- Onsite parking
- Comprehensive onboarding – one week in clinic + weekly training days
- Supportive team
- Some sporadic travel to Gold Coast for events
- The chance to genuinely make a difference in people’s lives
If you're the kind of person who keeps the room smiling, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and genuinely cares for others, we’d love to hear from you.
