About the Organisation:
Based in Eight Mile Plains, this independent not-for-profit is funded by the Australian Government and is committed to improving health outcomes across Brisbane. By commissioning services, co-designing programs, and working closely with healthcare providers, they ensure people receive the right care, in the right place, at the right time.
In this role, you will:
- Provide high-level administrative support to executive and corporate teams
- Manage diaries, meetings, travel arrangements, board documentation, and reporting
- Assist with event coordination, credit card reconciliations, and document control
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner
- Handle reception calls (around 10 per day) and assist with ad hoc office tasks
- Contribute to process improvements across systems and operations
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A collaborative and team-focused approach
- Flexibility to support both executive administration and general office duties
- Experience as an EA, Secretary, or Personal Assistant (highly regarded)
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency (required for temp-to-perm transition)
- Availability to start immediately (next week preferred)
- Eight Mile Plains office, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Hybrid model: 1 day working from home
- Free onsite parking (access to a car is recommended)
- $40 per hour + super
