This is not a traditional compliance-focused accounting role.
Our client is looking for a commercially minded accountant who combines strong technical capability with confident client communication, curiosity and a willingness to embrace new ways of working.
About the Opportunity
This role sits at the intersection of accounting, advisory and business strategy.
You’ll work directly with SME clients, helping them understand their numbers, identify opportunities and make better commercial decisions. The business is Xero-native and actively embracing AI, automation and technology to improve how advisory services are delivered.

CA/CPA qualifications are welcome but not essential. Practical capability, communication and commercial thinking matter most.
