Now, they’re looking for an ambitious Sales Team Leader to take ownership of a high-performing team and drive sales success.

The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to step into a hands-on role where you’ll inspire, coach, and guide a team of Sales Consultants to exceed targets and deliver brilliant customer outcomes. You’ll play a key role in shaping culture, driving performance, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Consultants to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Run daily huddles, weekly 1:1s, and live coaching sessions to build capability and confidence
  • Monitor pipelines, activity, and conversion to ensure consistent performance
  • Champion a culture of positivity, growth, and accountability
  • Manage rosters, workflows, and reporting to keep operations running smoothly
  • Collaborate with QA, training, and leadership teams to lift standards and support business growth
About You:
