MyLiving Outdoors is a highly regarded, South Australian, family-owned company specialising in premium outdoor home improvements.
Known for delivering high-quality, custom-designed projects from verandahs and decking to complete outdoor living spaces, the business has built a strong reputation for craftsmanship and customer experience.

What you’ll be responsible for:

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll set the tone for performance and culture.
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of sales consultants to consistently deliver results 
  • Lead from the front driving a culture built on standards, trust, accountability and performance
  • Implement structured sales rhythms; meetings, pipeline reviews and coaching sessions
  • Analyse performance data to identify gaps and lift conversion and productivity
  • Design and roll out incentives and initiatives to maintain energy and engagement
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, design and operations to ensure a seamless customer journey and strong close rates
What we're looking for:  

You’re an experienced sales professional who has already proven you can lead teams and deliver results
  • Demonstrated success in sales leadership, ideally within a high-volume or consultative sales environment
  • A track record of lifting team performance with a focus on conversion, pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • Ability to coach, challenge and develop individuals to perform at a higher level
  • High energy, resilience and the ability to create and sustain momentum
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence across all levels
