The Opportunity:
 
Step into a leadership role within a well-established business in the premium outdoor living and home improvement sector. With strong inbound enquiry flow, an established reputation, and clear growth plans, you’ll take ownership of a sales division and help shape it into a consistently high-performing revenue engine. The business designs and delivers custom outdoor living solutions including verandahs, decking, pergolas, and complete outdoor entertainment spaces, in a market driven by strong consumer demand and lifestyle-led renovation trends.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales consultants to consistently achieve and exceed targets
  • Drive a high-performance culture built on accountability, standards, and momentum
  • Implement structured sales rhythms including pipeline reviews, coaching sessions, and team meetings
  • Analyse performance metrics to identify gaps and improve conversion and productivity
  • Design and roll out incentives and initiatives to maintain engagement and drive results
  • Work closely with marketing, design, and operations teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer journey and strong close rates
What We’re Looking For:
  • Demonstrated success in sales leadership within a high-volume or consultative sales environment
  • A track record of improving team performance, particularly across conversion, pipeline, and revenue outcomes
  • Strong coaching capability with the ability to lift individuals and build capability across a team
  • High energy, resilience, and the ability to sustain momentum in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence across multiple stakeholders
