What you’ll be responsible for:
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll set the tone for performance and culture.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of sales consultants to consistently deliver results
- Lead from the front driving a culture built on standards, trust, accountability and performance
- Implement structured sales rhythms; meetings, pipeline reviews and coaching sessions
- Analyse performance data to identify gaps and lift conversion and productivity
- Design and roll out incentives and initiatives to maintain energy and engagement
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, design and operations to ensure a seamless customer journey and strong close rates
You’re an experienced sales professional who has already proven you can lead teams and deliver results
- Demonstrated success in sales leadership, ideally within a high-volume or consultative sales environment
- A track record of lifting team performance with a focus on conversion, pipeline and revenue outcomes
- Ability to coach, challenge and develop individuals to perform at a higher level
- High energy, resilience and the ability to create and sustain momentum
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence across all levels
- $95K base + uncapped commission (OTE $150K)

- Established brand with inbound opportunity flow so you focus on conversion not prospecting
- Full end-to-end delivery model with internal design, approvals and build teams supporting your sales process
