The Essentials:
  • Phone-based sales role, be the first contact, set up appointments and build lasting relationships with medical practices
  • Permanent full-time or part-time role (your choice)
  • $60,000-$80,000 + super + bonus  (based on experience)

The Opportunity:

A well-respected, growing business specialising in interior design and construction for the healthcare sector is seeking a driven Phone-based Sales Consultant / Appointment Setter to join their motivated team.

You’ll be the first touchpoint for prospective clients, generating leads, qualifying opportunities, booking appointments, and driving business growth.

This is a great role for a personable and professional individual who is ready for a long-term position within sales, with the opportunity to progress their career.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify new business opportunities 
  • Conduct outbound calls, cold calls, emails, and follow-ups
  • Qualify leads and book meetings for the sales team
  • Keep accurate records in the CRM
  • Attending sales meetings
  • Contribute ideas to sales strategy and campaigns
  • Ad hoc sales and marketing related tasks or projects
Your strengths:  
  • Experience in phone-based sales, appointment setting, lead generation   or similar outbound sales or customer service
  • Confident communicator, building rapport quickly over the phone
  • Strong organisation, time management, and admin skills
  • Clear, warm and professional verbal and written communication
  • Computer literacy, CRM/database experience a bonus
  • Positive, proactive and goal-driven attitude
