As a Sales and Retention Consultant, you will play a key role in engaging with existing customers while identifying opportunities to attract new insurance clients. This role blends customer retention and new sales, with all interactions being warm in nature. The position is primarily phone-based in a contact centre setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from existing customers regarding policy renewals, cancellations, and changes
- Make warm outbound calls to potential new customers to discuss campaigns and promote sales
- Educate customers on policy benefits, coverage options, and available enhancements
- Available to start on Wednesday 17th September
- Experience in a sales-based environment, ideally in insurance and in a contact centre setting
- Excited by the opportunity to join a new team and contribute to its growth
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems
- High attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working towards KPIs and targets
