They're now looking for a Retail Sales Consultant to join their friendly team in Mornington. This is a hands-on role where you’ll assist customers in-store, conduct site measurements and quotes, and play a key role in ensuring each customer has a positive experience from first enquiry to project completion.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
- $65,000 - $70,000 + Super + Commissions
- Full-time permanent role with an ASAP start
- Mornington location
- Store operating hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, and Saturdays 9am - 4pm. Saturday shifts are required.
- Company car available for site inspections when needed

ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Provide exceptional customer service in-store, over the phone, and via email
- Take customer bookings for in-home measurements and quotes
- Conduct on-site measurements and prepare quotes
- Support general store operations and ensure a welcoming environment
ABOUT YOU:
- Experience within the floor coverings or blinds industry
- Proven sales and customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Drivers licence required
