As our Recruitment Practice Lead, you'll take ownership of a successful 360 recruitment desk while playing an important role in supporting the growth and success of the Adelaide office.
You'll work closely with clients across a broad range of industries, build lasting partnerships, identify growth opportunities, and contribute positively to the performance and culture of the wider team.
This role suits an experienced recruiter who enjoys mentoring others and wants greater influence, responsibility and career development while remaining hands-on in recruitment.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across permanent and temporary opportunities
- Build and maintain long-term client partnerships
- Drive business development and account growth initiatives
- Source, assess, and secure high-quality talent
- Deliver exceptional candidate and client experiences
- Share knowledge and provide guidance to less experienced consultants
- Contribute to team capability, performance, and culture
- Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry functions
- Build specialist talent communities within your chosen market
- Identify opportunities to expand SMAART's presence across South Australia
You're an experienced agency recruiter with strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to build trusted relationships.
