What you’ll be doing:
- Greeting customers and answering incoming phone calls
- Logging information into the system
- Preparing quotes for the sales team
- Responding to customer enquiries
- Assisting with general admin and office tasks
- A positive attitude and strong communication skills
- An interest in admin/reception and willingness to learn
- Someone who’s organised, reliable, and happy to help out wherever needed
- A team player who enjoys a good laugh and a supportive work vibe
Salary: Circa $60,000 + super (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Location: Carrum Downs – perfect if you’re local and looking to work closer to home with parking on site!
