About the Roles:
As part of the administration and customer service team, you will be the first point of contact for clients, managing inbound calls and emails, assisting with invoice processing, and ensuring client accounts remain accurate and compliant. You’ll also liaise with service providers, resolve invoice issues, and support the organisation’s compliance with NDIS requirements.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is empathetic, detail-oriented, and enjoys building relationships while working in a structured, client-focused environment.
