You’ll look after all aspects of AP/AR/Bookkeeping, and play a key role in providing insights into processes and helping implement improvements:
- Full-function accounts payable: invoice processing, payments and reconciliations
- Accounts receivable management: rebate claims, co-op marketing, reconciliations, and customer follow-ups
- Bank, statement, and transactional reconciliations
- Provide cross-functional finance support to Sales, Finance, and Operations teams
- Manage customer accounts and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Generate AP/AR and financial reports as required
- Proactively identify opportunities for system and process improvements
- Contribute to finance projects and operational support initiatives
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar AP/AR or bookkeeping role
- Experience within retail or wholesale sectors preferred
- Sound technical skills, proficient in Excel and confident learning and navigating different finance systems and databases
- A positive, can-do attitude and a continuous improvement mindset
- The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively

- Professional and approachable, with strong interpersonal skills
