This role is all about keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes of this Registered Training Organisation (RTO) while leading a small team to deliver seamless, positive experiences for students, clients, and trainers. You’ll be the go-to person for logistics, scheduling, resources, and team support, making sure programs are delivered on time, to standard, and with a professional yet welcoming feel.
What you’ll be doing:
- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day training operations and logistics
- Lead and support a small team, encouraging collaboration and professional growth
- Plan and manage training logistics: scheduling courses, ensuring resources and venues are ready to go
- Be the main point of contact for clients, trainers, participants and internal teams
- Maintain accurate CRM and VETtrak records
- Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with VET standards
- Manage reporting, analytics, performance, and admin requirements
- Experience in operations, admin, or training coordination and team leadership experience
- Certificate IV in Business Administration (TAE desirable but not needed to apply)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and a customer-first approach
- Confident with Student Management Systems (VETtrak experience highly valued)
- Knowledge of VET system and regulatory requirements

- Full-time permanent position, hours between 7am–6pm (Mon-Fri)
- Salary: $85,000 – 90,000 + super
- South Melbourne (3205) & East Melbourne (3002) office locations (onsite parking)
