An exciting opportunity has come up for an experienced  Office Coordinator  to join a sophisticated investment group & private family office in their  beautiful Armadale office.

On top of having a stylish, modern office to work in & manage, you will also be rewarded with an  $70k + Super,  onsite parking & a role that will grow with you. 

As the Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for the  day-to-day running of the office.  Some of your responsibilities will include, general upkeep of the office, co-ordinating & maintaining diaries, filing, administration support & reception. 

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a  busy office  & juggling multiple duties at any given time. We are looking for a candidate who can balance the need to be both  efficient & effective. If successful, you will be working in a small, close-knit team & an environment where you will feel like you're family. 

Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat & Outlook is a huge bonus.
