As the Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the office.
Some of your responsibilities will include, general upkeep of the office, co-ordinating & maintaining diaries, filing, administration support & reception.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a busy office
& juggling multiple duties at any given time. We are looking for a candidate who can balance the need to be both efficient & effective. If successful, you will be working in a small, close-knit team & an environment where you will feel like you're family.
Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat & Outlook is a huge bonus.
