Key Expectations of the Role:
- Conduct client appointments (in-person or virtual) to assess financial position, goals, and borrowing capacity.
- Compare and recommend suitable lenders and products based on client circumstances, goals, and credit profile.
- Prepare and present tailored loan proposals, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
- Submit and manage loan applications through to approval and settlement, liaising with lenders, assessors, conveyancers, and clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships to drive client retention and referral business.
We are looking for an outstanding applicant who has previously excelled as a Mortgage Broker.
This applicant also requires:
- Excellent people skills - as you will be dealing with various stakeholders on a daily basis, it is essential that you are able to build great working relationships
- Confident with technology – this company really leans on technology, in particular Hubspot. You will need to learn the various systems we use, and confidently use them to their full potential.
